Ich habe heute Mittag von AGESA 1.0.0.7a auf die neue AGESA 1.0.0.7c Version (Beta) Upgedatet und bis dato keine Probleme. Was mir aber aufgefallen ist, dass die Bootzeiten sich (bei mir) verschlechtert haben. Von vorher ca. 30 - 33 sek. auf ca. 44 - 47 sek..

Nein, da wird dann wohl zu Jahresende nochmal was kommen.

Beim AORUS x570 Elite V1.0 gibts ein paar Ungereimtheiten nach dem Biosupdate auf 38e.
Wenn CSM nicht benötigt wird unbedingt abschalten.
Auch waren ein paar Optionen aktiviert die aus oder auf Auto stehen sollten, also beobachten.

Ich hatte bis eben noch Probleme mit den Desktop Icons die alle Weiß blieben, bis auf das Verknüpfungs Häkchen.
Dann bin ich das Bios mal durchgegangen.

Wenn CSM abgeschaltet ist bekommt man automatisch einen Bootbildschirm mit höherer Auflösung,...nur am Rande erwähnt.

Die Desktop-Icons werden sehr wahrscheinlich nichts mit irgendwelchen UEFI/BIOS-Einstellungen zu tun haben.
Dies ist m.E. abhängig vom Betriebssystem (z.B. Windows) und deren Einstellungen (Registry, Rechte, WU, ...).

Im UEFI-only Mode wird i.d.R. ein FullHD-Bild des Herstellers angezeigt, wenn es GraKa & Monitor unterstützen.
Unterstützt eines der beiden Geräte kein FullHD, wird nur ein geringer aufgelöstes Bild angezeigt.
Im UEFI/CSM-Mode wird immer nur das Bild mit geringerer Auflösung dargestellt.

Meines erachtens aber schon.
Wenn das Hardware Regime gestört ist, könnte es durchaus sein das Daten die vom Prozessor verarbeitet werden ausbleiben oder beschädigt sind und Störungen des Betriebes verursachen können.
Ich habe PBO jetzt ausgeschaltet und jetzt läuft alles wieder wie gewohnt.

Für x570 Aorus Elite gibts eine neue Biosversion und zwar die 38f.
Jetzt warte ich mal was andere dazu sagen, nachdem sie es installiert haben.

Das wird wohl ein Brücken BIOS sein das auf zukünftige BIOS Versionen vorbereitet die gegen diese Sicherheitslücken Patches bereitstellen.
Oder auch falls sowas über Windows verteilt wird schon diese Updates im BIOS erkannt werden.

kann jemand etwas über die 10.01 für das X470 Gaming K4 berichten? (AGESA Combo V2 PI 1.2.0.A)
Bin aktuell noch auf dem BetaBIOS L4.90C unterwegs.

Auf meinem X470 Taichi läuft das 10.01er solide mit dem 5800X3D.

ASRock hat es allerdings für mein Board zurückgezogen.

Ich hatte als Zwischenschritt das 8er UEFI geflasht.

Anpassungen Spannungen/Timmings beim RAM waren keine nötig?

Ich konnte sowieso mein stabiles RAM-OC (DDR4-3200 CL14) von damals lange Zeit nicht mehr nutzen.
Mit dem Kauf des X3D sah ich die Möglichkeit das RAM-OC auf DDR4-3600 CL16 zu erhöhen, was mit dem vorigen Ryzen 2700X nicht möglich war.

Ich brauchte einige Wochen bis 3200 CL14 wieder stabil ... und schließlich irgendwann sogar 3600 CL16 möglich wurde. Die RAM-OC Community hier auf CB (und im HW-Luxx) half mir sehr dabei.

Die Optionen im UEFI/BIOS hatten sich umfassend verändert. Auch neue Erkenntnisse ließ ich mit einfließen.
Nun bin ich sehr froh, dass alles problemfrei und performant läuft. 3733/3800 habe ich allerdings aufgegeben. Auf viel Spannung (RAM, SoC), Testen, BIOS resetten und hohe Wärmeentwicklung hatte ich keine Lust.
Letztlich bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.

Ob dein Prozessor vom neuesten UEFI/BIOS profitiert, kann ich dir aber nicht sagen.
Wir haben da trotz ähnlicher Hardware unterschiedliche Systeme.

Wie erwartet verlangsamt dieses Bios den PC ein wenig. Aber wir sprechen hier von wenigen Punkten in den verschiedenen Cinebench Versionen.
Das ist zu vernachlässigen.
Ansonsten läuft das Bios bisher gut und rund.
