Sound Google Chrome

Ich höre immer gerne Internetradio und bin nun vom Firefox probeweise auf den Chrome umgewechselt. Dabei fällt mir gleich auf, dass der Chrome die Soundeinstellungen vom System nicht übernimmt. D.h anstatt 5.1 nur langweiliges Stereo.

Nutze Win 8 und den aktuellsten Chrome.

1. Go to chrome://plugins/

Should be the first one in the list something like this

Adobe Flash Player (2 files) - Version: 11,8,800,94

2. Pick "+Details" button

3. Click DISABLE on the one that has "pepflashplayer.dll"

4. Close Chrome, and reopen it.

This works great, even with stereo sources I'm getting 5.1 thru HDMI audio (from video card) with google music through my AVR.
