Verbindungsproblem von Internetseiten mit Windows 8.1

Habe sehr oft seit ich Windows 8.1 (seit beginn, sonst noch nie gehabt)habe das dieser Fehler auftritt

ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED

oder 136 war das glaub ich.

tritt bei egal wecher I-net seite auf

Habe schon alles versucht, per Console den Cache geleert und noch nen ähnlichen Command ausgeführt, dan läuft alles prima aber nach ner Zeit tritt der Fehler wieder auf, Netzwerktreiber sind auf dem neuesten Stand, Chrome habe ich deinstalliert, auf Werkeinstellungen zurückgestellt tritt wieder auf. Bei Exp u. FF das selbe Spiel.

Habe Windows Defender als Virenprogramm

Vorher Eset mit gleichem Problem, hab nen Check der Leitung gemacht von der Providersoftware ide sagtg is alles okay.

weis jemand nen Rat?

probier mal in der eingabeaufforderung "netsh winsock reset"

Hab ich schon gemacht, Die Commandbefehle lösen das PRoblem aber nach ner Zeit tritt das wieder auf.

Laut diverser englischer Internet Foren ist demnach das Windows Winsock beschädigt.

Probier mal folgendes

1) What exactly happens when you try to connect Internet?

2) What is the exact error message are you getting?

I would suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.
Method 1: I would suggest you to reset TCP/IP and check if it helps.

a) To open a command prompt, Press Windows key + R, Copy and paste (or type) the following command in the Open box and then press ENTER: cmd

b) At the command prompt, copy and paste (or type) the following command and then press ENTER:
netshintip reset c:\resetlog.txt
Note: If you do not want to specify a directory path for the log file, use the following command:
netshintip reset resetlog.txt
c) Reboot the computer.


Method 2:
You may also follow these steps and check if it helps.

a. To open a command prompt, Press Windows key + R, Copy and paste (or type) the following command in the Open box and then press ENTER: cmd

b. Type the following commands and press Enter.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
c. Close the command prompt.

Das mit der IP renew Command is mir neu ich versuchs mal
wenn ich mich net mehr melde hats geklappt
