warum kann ich meine x1950 pro nicht von 4x auf 8x stellen?

hallo liebe Brüder.ich bin neu hier und habe ich ein Problem mit meiner GK(x1950 pro AGP).sie funzt gut momentan aber ich kann im smartgart die Agp speed nicht auf 8x.hat jeman vieeleicht ein rat für mich .danke voraus

Dann solltest Du doch im Bios den AGP-Modus auf 8x stellen können, oder hast Du das bereits getan und es geht trotzdem nicht?

das problem sie ist auf Automatisch gestellt und ich kann die nict ändern.genausowie cpu kernspanung vcore auch fest

Hmm ... hast Du mal in die Advanced Chipset Features hineingeschaut? Dort kann man laut Deinem Handbuch den AGP-Modus schon ändern: http://us2.msi.com.tw/support/mnu_exe/mbd_mnu/E6741v1.1.zip

EDIT: So ein Mist, das Board bietet aber wohl keine Einstellungsmöglichkeit für AGP 8x ... vgl. hier:

AGP Mode

The item sets an appropriate mode for the installed AGP card. Setting options: 1x, 2x,
4x. Select 4x only if your AGP card supports it.

AGP Fast Write

This option enables or disables the AGP Fast Write feature. The Fast Write technology
allows the CPU to write directly to the graphics card without passing anything through
the system memory and improves the AGP 4X speed. Select Enabled only when the
installed AGP card supports this function. Settings: Enabled, Disabled.

AGP Aperture Size

This setting controls just how much system RAM can be allocated to AGP for video
purposes. The aperture is a portion of the PCI memory address range dedicated to
graphics memory address space. Host cycles that hit the aperture range are forwarded
to the AGP without any translation. The option allows the selection of an aperture
size of 4MB, 8MB, 16MB, 32MB, 64MB, 128MB, and 256 MB.

sie aber auf automatisch gestellt ich habe gestern bei hyrican angerufen das sagten sie dass sie auf 4x gestellt damals vor bios update von hyrican da konnte man die einstellen jetzt ahben die bestimmt auf automatsch gestellt.ich danke dir vom hertzen
