Hallo
Ich habe von einem Freund einen alten PC geschenkt bekommen. Hierbei handelt es sich um folgendes System:
CPU QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200, 2333 MHz (7 x 333)
Motherboard MSI P6N SLI V2 (MS-7346) (2 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 2 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN)
Motherboard Chipsatz nVIDIA nForce 650i SLI
Arbeitsspeicher 2048 MB (DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM)
DIMM1: Kingston HyperX KHX6400D2LL/1GN 1 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-16 @ 400 MHz) (4-4-4-11 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-8 @ 200 MHz)
DIMM2: Kingston HyperX KHX6400D2LL/1GN 1 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-16 @ 400 MHz) (4-4-4-11 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-8 @ 200 MHz)
BIOS Typ AMI (07/18/08)
Informationsliste
CPU-Eigenschaften
CPU Typ QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200, 2333 MHz (7 x 333)
CPU Bezeichnung Yorkfield-2M
CPU stepping M1
Befehlssatz x86, x86-64, MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, SSE4.1
Vorgesehene Taktung 2333 MHz
Min / Max CPU Multiplikator 6x / 7x
Engineering Sample Nein
L1 Code Cache 32 KB per core
L1 Datencache 32 KB per core
L2 Cache 2x 2 MB (On-Die, ECC, ASC, Full-Speed)
Multi CPU
Motherboard ID nVidia C55MCP51
CPU #1 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz, 2333 MHz
CPU #2 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz, 2333 MHz
CPU #3 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz, 2333 MHz
CPU #4 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz, 2333 MHz
CPU Technische Informationen
Gehäusetyp 775 Contact LGA
Gehäusegröße 3.75 cm x 3.75 cm
Transistoren 456 Mio.
Fertigungstechnologie 45 nm, CMOS, Cu, High-K Gate
Gehäusefläche 164 mm2
Kern Spannung 1.150 - 1.225 V
I/O Spannung 1.150 - 1.225 V
Typische Leistung 95 W @ 2.33 GHz
CPU Auslastung
1. CPU / 1. Kern 0 %
1. CPU / 2. Kern 0 %
1. CPU / 3. Kern 0 %
1. CPU / 4. Kern 0 %
Also ich habe nun das folgende Problem:
Sobald der PC läuft ist der 4. Kern dauerhaft auf 79-80°C. Habe es bereits mit anderem Kühler und anderer Wärmeleitpaste probiert.
Die WLP ist von CoolerMaster und hat die Bezeichnung "HTK-002".
Der Kühler ist von Thermaltake und besitzt die Bezeichnung "Big Typ VP" (http://de.thermaltake.eu/product_in...833&cid=C_00000010&name=Big+Typ+VP&ov=n&ovid=)
Habe auch die Paste bereits 2 mal neu Aufgetragen (nach How-To-Use-WLP Guide).
Kann mir einfach nicht erklären, wo das Problem liegt ?!

Weiß einer von euch, was ich noch tun kann, bzw. woran es liegen könnte ???
Danke schon einmal im Voraus.
