Wie viel extra Leistung bekommt man den heutzutage noch mit solchen "Tools" und welchen preis zahlt man dafür? (Verbrauch, Temperatur, Lautstärke, Stabilität oder Lebensdauer)

nichts bezahlt man für, ausser die stromrechnung. es gibt ja auch extra leistung in verbindung mit weniger verbrauch/temperaturen.

Artikel-Update: Asus reicht vollständige Release Notes nach
In der Zwischenzeit hat Asus auch die vollständigen Release Notes zu GPU Tweak III veröffentlicht und diese fallen sehr umfangreich aus.

Erstmals wurde auch die gesamte UI des Grafikkarten-Tools entsprechend lokalisiert und ist auch in den Sprachen Deutsch, Französisch, Türkisch, Koreanisch und Chinesisch verfügbar.

Hinzu kommen ausgehend von der letzten Beta-Version v1.4.2.0 noch zahlreiche Optimierungen und Fehlerkorrekturen in allen Bereichen.

Major Changes:

• The entire GPU Tweak III interface has been translated into several languages: German, French, Turkish, Korean, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese. If the Windows default language is set to any of these languages, GPU Tweak III also automatically switches to that language upon opening. Otherwise, English is the default language. The language can be changed in the Settings screen.
• Tooltips have been added for many important buttons and elements of the interface. These are turned off by default, but can be enabled by going to Settings, and clicking the box next to "Show user interface tooltips".
• New metrics have been added to the Monitor for Nvidia GPUs. The most notable of these are two different FPS metrics, and Render Present Latency, which can help to track render execution time (frame time). For the most part, this type of frame measurement data is only useful while the GPU is under load (i.e. while a game or benchmark is running).
• The OSD now supports multiple GPUs. In GPU Tweak III style, additional GPUs are displayed in columns to the right. In Classic style, rows are added below the CPU metrics for extra GPUs.

Interface Changes:

• When some languages are selected, the entire interface may become wider to accommodate longer text. Similarly, some buttons may become extended. Note that this behavior is still under development; some parts of the UI may have text or visual glitches when not using English.
• Various small text position changes have been made across the interface. Many of these are to accommodate the language changes. The most notable of these is the Dashboard, which now has enough space for multiple lines per metric.
• If the user changes colors in the Interface Customization section of the Settings screen, their selections will now be applied to different elements of the UI. The most prominent new locations include borders and text on the OC Scanner, Fan Control, and VF Tuner screens.
• The offset number below each Fan Speed setting has been removed, as it was confusing for some users and provided inconsistent data.
• If an ROG EVA Edition graphics card is installed, the background changes to a special Evangelion theme.
• Added a scanning animation to the Profile Connect screen that displays while games and apps load.
• Optimized interface loading to improve software startup speed.

OSD Changes:

• The text editing portion of the OSD settings page has been modified significantly so that all settings are more clearly laid out.
• Background colors can now be added to pictures in the Classic OSD style.
• Fixed multiple issues with OSD profile saving that could cause some settings would not be saved. In particular, this could affect resolution, aspect ratio, and arrangement of selected metrics.
• Fixed an issue with the Position function in the OSD where the anchor point could be upside-down.
• Fixed various crashes involving the OSD and its respective settings screen.

Other Changes and Bug Fixes:

• When the "Enhance overclocking range" option is enabled or disabled and saved, both the notification window and the setting change confirmation box remain on screen until the enhancement is complete. This is to reduce screen flickering during the change.
• GPU-Z now refreshes after values have been changed in other screens.
• Items in the Computing Technologies section of the GPU-Z screen have been corrected for some graphics cards.
• The TUF Gaming logo appears on the Home screen when respective graphics cards are installed.
• The identifiers for fans (center, left, and right) have been corrected for some TUF Gaming and Dual graphics cards.
• The behavior regarding arranging and saving items on the Home and Monitor screens is now more consistent and multiple bugs have been fixed.
• Corrected the fan names for ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3090 O24G Evangelion Edition graphics cards.
• Multiple small changes have been made to the behavior of importing profiles to make the process more smooth.
• Fixed a bug where blank or repeated names could occur after importing profiles and then deleting them.
• Fixed a crash that could occur when GPU Tweak III is minimized and reopened quickly.
• Fixed a software conflict that could cause a crash when quickly switching to Furmark immediately after using GPU Tweak III.
• Fixed a bug with multiple of the same graphics cards where the Sync GPUs button could disappear.
• Fixed multiple issues that could occur with importing profiles that include multiple graphics cards, such that some tuning profiles would not be visible.

Startet hier gar nicht erst mit Win 11 22H2. Wär nicht berauschend, wenn es dafür eine Extra-Anpassung bräuchte. Der AB läuft anstandslos...

Was kann das, was der AMD-Treiber nicht sowieso schon kann?

Es verursacht bei mir Artefakte in 3D Anwendungen

Hatte es Interesse halber installiert. Hatte schon angst um meinen VRAM, bis ich drauf kam, dass die software neu drauf ist.

Deinstalliert, jetzt scheint der Fehler wieder weg zu sein.

Ich vermisse die Zeiten, in denen es darum ging, Informationen möglichst auf einer Seite und schnell auslesbar darzustellen.
Alles muss mit leuchtenden, bunten, animierten und dicken Grafiken aufgebläht und die Informationen in unzähligen Tabs / Seiten verstreut werden.

Ich mache hier auch gleich mal ein "Update"...

TLTR: Installiert bloß nicht diesen MÜLL von Asus (egal welche Software)!

Spoiler: Wen es interessiert, hier die GANZE Geschichte warum...

Dachte mir, schau dir das ding mal an, weil du ja eh ne Asus Karte hast usw...
Dann auch gleich noch Armoury Crate mit installiert um die nutzlosen LED's abzuschalten... DACHTE ich

Da sich Armoury Crate gleich mal mit nem Runtime Error verabschiedet hat und beim 2. Anlauf meine Hardware nicht erkannt hat -> Deinstalliert (dachte ich!!!)

Dann das GPU Tweak III gestartet und es kann "durchaus" weniger als der MSI-Afterburner und installiert zusätzlich noch Trash mit, die sich aber dann nicht mehr "einfach deinstallieren" lässt... dazu gleich mehr!

Jetzt habe ich mal ganz zufällig gesehen dass da komische Anwendungen laufen die ich nicht kannte...
Und siehe da, es waren gleich DREI Services von Asus?!
Zusätzlich installiert der Armoury Crate Müll gleich noch Keyboard und nen anderen Treiber MIT, natürlich ohne zu fragen und OHNE dass ich diese Hardware überhaupt habe?!

Dann sah ich dass da NOCH ein Asus Service aktiv war "AsusFanControlService"...

Deinstalliert (also per Windows Deinstallation) war schon alles, also scheinbar Treiber-Leichen und Software Reste die von dem Asus Müll einfach "vergessen" wurde zu deinstallieren -.-

Habe dann ZUSÄTZLICH das "Armoury_Crate_Uninstall_Tool.zip" gefunden und drüber laufen lassen...
Hat natürlich NICHTS geändert, alle (inzwischen) VIER Services waren noch immer schön am Laufen...

Gut, dann eben auf die Hate Tour, alles per Hand gelöscht incl. Services!
Falls wer Interesse hat, folgende Services waren am laufen:

löschen "nachdem" die Dienste beendet und gelöscht wurden!

Und dann noch 4 Aufgaben RESTE in der Aufgabenplanung, zu "glück" in einem eigenen Asus Unterordner...

Zu alle dem scheint Asus NICHT FÄHIG zu sein, dies per Installationsprogramm zu "Reinigen"

NIE WIEDER kommt mir dieser Müll auch nur als Setup auf die Platte, ist ja schlimmer als mache Viren oder Malware!

glaube werde das mal ausprobieren. der msi afterburner verliert bei jedem start die einstellungen die vorgenommen wurden, obwohl ich bei systemstart aktiviere klicke.

Ich habe den MSI afterburner nur um mit alle Daten im Game anzeigen zu lassen.
Im Adrenalin mache ich die Einstellungen.

Werd mit beidem nicht glüclich.
Der Afterburner Speichert meine Profile nicht dauerhaft.
Die Spannungskurve lässt sich plötzlich auch nicht mehr linear ändern.

Das Asus ding sagte mir da auch direkt zu. Find die Anzeoge auch übersichtlicher als beim Afterburner.
Bei dem Habe ich auch keine einfaches übersichtliches Skin gefunden.

Aber wenn der Asus GPU Tweak läuft, dann funktioniert meine Logitech Software nicht mehr und meine Mausprofile werden nicht mehr gewechselt.
Und irgendwas anderes ging auch nciht mehr...

Scheint als sollte es nicht sein meine Graka zu undervolten -_-

Die für ... und Undervolting ausgelegte Anwendung

m.M.n. stimmt das nicht. Der kleinste Wert für "GPU Spannung" ist 0 (%). Sprich man kann nur hinzugeben, nicht senken. Eine editierbare Curve Hz/V gibt es ebenfalls nicht.

edit: es hängt von der GPU ab, ob das Feature angeboten wird.

Hab mal ne ernst gemeinte Frage. Welche Features wären das denn z.B., welche dich sozusagen hinter dem Ofen vorlocken würden?

Die Frage war zwar nicht an mich gerichtet, aber wenn man den oc Scanner so einstellen könnte, dass er nur eine Spannungsstufe auf den maximalen Takt testen könnte, das wäre etwas was ich zumindest wegen UV sehr begrüßen würde. Also z.B. 850 mv und dann mal gucken was als Max Takt dabei rauskommt. Das macht der OC Scanner ja eh schon z.B mit 762 mv 8xx mv usw. und macht daraus ne Kurve aber ne freie Wahl wäre ein wirklicher Mehrwert. Leider, so befürchtet ich, ist das nicht erwünscht, denn dann könnte man ja mit einem Scan bei z.B. 800 mv sehen wie die Güte des verbauten Chips wäre Im Vergleich zu anderen Karten. Es würde auch mal die Leute auf den Boden der Tatsachen bringen was einigermaßen stabiles UV ist 😁.
Alternativ ein Fullscan der darf dann auch gerne mal länger dauern wo jede Spannungsstufe auf maximal möglichen Takt getestet wird.
