Daß die Datei nicht ausgeführt wird, kann daran liegen daß es keine Bat Datei ist. Wenn z.b. eingestellt ist, Dateierweiterungen auszublenden, wird die Datei test1.bat.txt als test1.bat angezeigt, ist aber wie du siehst eine txt Datei.

nein das sind befehle vom cmd das heißt wenn du in cmd del Desktop /Y eingibst wird dein komplettes desktop gelöscht ohne zu bestätigen

Damit bestätigst du doch.
Der 'Desktop' wird aber auch dann nur gelöscht, wenn die Datei in einem Ordner gibt, in dem es eine Datei / einen Ordner namens Desktop gibt
