Benq dw 1620. Nach firmware update funzt nix mehr.

hallo,

hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

folgendes problem:
als der brenner die neu gekauften dvd-rohlinge (keine markenrohlinge) nicht erkannte hab ich die frimware geupdatet. leider ohne erfolg. nach diesem update geht gar nichts mehr.

im moment sieht es so aus, dass ab und zu rohlinge erkannt werden. beim lesen der cds macht der brenner ganz komische "ruckel" geräusche. hört sich auf jeden fall nicht gut an. ein harware problem kann ich allerdings ausschließen, da der brenner nicht runtergefallen oder sonstiges passiert ist.
wenn ich dann versuche etwas zu brennen fängt er auch sofort an zu brennen. es scheint alles in ordnung zu sein. er schreibt auch was auf die rohlinge, allerdings stoppt er bei ca. 12% den brennvorgang und schriebt: "Fehler beim Schreiben". die folgende fehlerdatei wird erstellt:

Hast Du nicht aus Versehen eine falsche Firmware aufgespielt? Ansonsten versuche mal, einfach die letzte funktionierende Firmware-Version zu installieren. Laut der Seite bei Benq gibt es modelle mit G7- und B7-Firmware. Hatte die Firmware vorher bei Dir ein G7 oder ein B7 als Präfix? Du hast momentan komischerweise auch nicht die neueste (B7W9), sondern die zweitaktuellste installiert (V9).

ich hatte von anfang an ne B7'' firmware. ich habe alle firmwares durchprobiert. es hat mit keiner funktioniert.

hab jetzt die B7W9 firmware drauf. leider erkennt er keine rohlinge mehr. auch mit den anderen firmwares nimmt er die rohlinge nicht an.

hab jetzt nur die brenn- simulation ausführen können. auch hier ist der selbe fehler aufgetreten.

Dann deinstalliere mal den Brenner im Gerätemanager, starte neu und schau mal, ob es dann geht ... Wird das Gerät beim Hochlaufen vom Bios erkannt (mit der korrekten Firmware) oder spuckt dieses nur kryptische Zeichen aus?

das mit dem deinstallieren hat leider nichts gebracht. der brenner erkennt immer noch nichts an.

beim hochladen wird der brenner mit der passenden firmware angezeigt. am ende der zeile steht B7W9.

was nun? hast du noch eine idee?

Hmm, auf der Benq-Homepage gibt es noch einen Brenner mit dem Namen 1620 PRO, das könnte nicht auch zufällig Deiner sein, anstatt des "normalen" 1620?

Diese Sache ist insofern auch seltsam, weil bei einem schiefgegangenen Firmware-Upgrade eigentlich überhaupt nichts mehr gehen sollte, weder die Geräteerkennung noch die Lesefähigkeit ...

Hast Du Deine Testläufe mit verschiedenen Rohlingen ausprobiert? Oder nur mit den neuen "no-names"? Gibt es auch Probleme, wenn Du solche verwendest, mit denen Dein Gerät bisher keine Zicken gemacht hat? Kannst etwa ein Spiel bzw. Programm von CD/DVD starten?

also ich hab nirgendwo einen hinweis gefunden dass ich den 1620pro- brenner habe.

ich hab das brennen mit verschiedenen rohlingen (CD oder DVD) getestet. alles das selbe.

ich hab jetzt nochmal paar cds getestet. also original-cds können gelesen werden aber es dauert sehr lange bis "etwas" kommt und auch dann funktioniert alles sehr stockend und bleibt hängen. dann geht nix mehr.
selbst gebrannten daten-cds erkennt er gar nicht. autostart funktioniert nicht und wenn ich im explorer auf das laufwerk klicke kommt: "kein cd im laufwerk".

was mich am meisten irritiert ist das geräusch beim lesen der cd. es hört sich an als würde der brenner nicht wissen was er machen soll. der witz ist dass er noch vor einem tag als das problem schon bestand rohlinge akzeptiert hat, also beim einlegen des rohlings hat sich automatisch das xp-fenster geöffnet in dem ich dann nero auswählen konnte. das brennen funktioniert bis zu 10% problemlos. und dann bricht der vorgang ab. wenn ich die cd dann in mein anderes laufwerk einlege kann ich gewisse daten einsehen (also die in den 10% geschrieben wurden). dass heißt ja eigentlich dass der brenner technisch funktioniert, also brennen kann.

ich weiß leider nicht mehr weiter.

Tja, das ist merkwürdig...

Mir würde höchstens noch die Möglichkeit einfallen, den Brenner am anderen IDE-Kanal anzuschliessen, um zumindest die Fehlerquellen einzugrenzen. Ansonsten wäre bei einer zerschossenen Firmware eigentlich eine Neuanschaffung fällig, vielleicht bekommst Du ja im Rahmen der Garantie Ersatz, wenn Du nicht herausposaunst, dass die Fehler erst nach dem Firmware-Update enstanden sind ...
