Bioshock maximiert --> Absturz, Neustart

Ich habe vorhin Bioshock gezockt und Bioshock minimiert, um im Internet kurz was zu schauen. Dann habe ich Bioshock wieder maximiert und mein PC legte einen Neustart hin. Vorher lief alles bestens. Nach dem Neustart habe ich auch gleich mal die Temps gecheckt, alles soweit im grünen Bereich. Im Verdacht habe ich den 7.11 Beta, der das Crysis Hotfix beinhaltet. Die Minidump habe ich mal auswerten lassen.

Probably caused by : ati2cqag.dll ( ati2cqag+1efd6 )

CPU: 40°C
GPU: 55°C
GPU VRM: 55°C
Mobo: 37°C
HDD1: 35°C
HDD2: 40°C

Sind die Temps für die Graka normal?

Folgende Temps unter Last (Bioshock, 1,5 Stunden)

CPU: 48°C
GPU: 65°C
GPU VRM: 65°C
Mobo: 39°C
HDD1: 34°C
HDD2: 39°C

Keiner eine Ahnung? Bitte auch Vermutungen posten.
