Neuerdings wird immer wieder eine Textdatei gespeichert, deren Inhalt mir nichts sagt u. zu der ich keine Verbindung zu einem Programm herstellen kann.

Weder AntiVir noch Hijack regen sich darüber auf.

Wiki sagt gar nichts hierzu, und Google drückt sich auch nicht klar aus.

Kann jemand etwas dazu sagen?

Überprüf noch mit Spybot - Search and Destroy, Ad-Aware.
Evtl. auch noch mit ein paar Onlinescanner, z.B.: Kaspersky, Bitdefender, usw.
