Ich vernmute mal da muss sich nur mal wer an die Kiste ransetzen der sich gut mit Linux auskennt und auch ggf. mal ein paar Distros ausprobiert. diese ipu3 zeug jedenfalls läuft an sich mit Linux, Firmwares gibts auch, libcamera soll auf softwareseite für andere Software brauchbare Bilder draus machen... es ist alles da. wo auch immer genau das bei nudels klemmt. An sich ist die Hardware gesupportet.
Hatte mal mitm ehemaligen Nachbarn nen Fall wo auf seinem Gerät die v120 oder was weiß ich Wlankarte nicht wollte Unter Linux oder war es ax120, ne Intel..
ums verrecken kein Wlan unter Linux, unter Windows lief es. Und gleichzeititg bei mir die exakt selbe Wlan Karte und selbe Firmware unter Linux nur eben an meinem Laptop, der nie Windows gesehen hat lief es einfach so perfekt. Gab nie ein Problem im geringsten.
Am ende kam später raus, habe ich ne Info gelesen, Windows verkorkst das Ding unter WIndows so, das Linux dann nicht mehr damit umgehen kann. kannst auch Windows richtig runterfahren, das Ding ist verkorkst.
Must nen Ordendlichen Hardwarereset machen, das das ding richtig zurücksetzt und zack wirds gehen...
Nach sowas kannste halt nicht suchen... Windows ist SCHULD (sowieso immer)

Die Firmware ist bereits da. Das Umbenennen in ipu3_fw.bin sollte nicht nötig sein. Sie wird ja erkannt und geladen. Die zwei Upstreamtreiber (ipu3_csi2, ipu3_imgu) scheinen ja auch zu funktionieren. Aber der letzte Treiber, der die Upstreamtreiber als Schnittstelle veräußern soll (libcamera) funktioniert irgendwie nicht, fehlt oder kann die Kamera nicht identifizieren (evtl. wegen anderer ACPI Namen, Surface<>Dell).4nudels schrieb:

qcam. Wobei ich nicht glaube, dass das funktioniert, solange die Kamera nicht bei cam --list auftaucht.
