Als ich damals zum ersten mal English in der Schule hatte, sagte mein Vater so Sätze wie:

"Woodeye be careful" (Holzauge sei wachsam) :freaky:
"I´m heavy on wire" (Ich bin schwer auf draht) :freak:

Und Angela Merkel hat mal was los gelassen: The Proof Of The Pudding Is The Eating :D
 
Der Puddingsatz ist ausnahmsweise richtig und bedeutet sinngemäß "trying goes over studying". Andere Politiker und sonstige Sprecher deutscher Herkunft schneiden oft schlechter ab als unsere Angie. ;)
