Hello everyone,
like I wrote in the title often, while playing, I've been experiencing this issue: the charater keeps on moving on his own while I'm pressing other keys or moving the mouse.
This my hardware configuration:
- ATI X1800XL;
- DFI LANPARTY UT D SLI;
- 1 GB RAM ADATA;
- 110 GB X 2 SEAGATE
- the soundcard is the one that comes with my motherboard (it's always worked fine).
What didn't help:
formatting my HDD and installing Windows XP SP1 instead of SP2 (I have got 2 Windows unattended copies one with sp1 and one with sp2);
changing mouse and keyboard, but it didn't help;
changing mouse surface.
I'm using Cataylist 6.3 based Omega's drivers, I've tried 6.5 based omega drivers too.
This is a screenshot of my process tree:

Before you tell me, I'm sure it isn't the firewall because before I installed it I had the problem anyway.
I called a friend of mine whom from I buy the hardware and he told me he has the same problem for some weird issue he couldn't identify. :\
What can it be?
ATI tool or some other software?
Maybe Ati try tool?
As a major source of information on my machine download this: http://rapidshare.de/files/22084871/system_info.rar.html
It contains a dxdiag and msinfo snapshot.

Good, seams like I'm not the only person experiencing this:

"Very Odd Problem with a few games--Stuck walking in one direction?
It began when I was playing Oblivion. One day when I loaded it up, my character was stuck walking to the right. I never had this problem before, so I assumed maybe one of my keyboard keys were stuck. I unplugged my keyboard, and placed a new one in. The character continued moving to the right. I rebinded the move right key, and that did nothing. I became frustrated, so I reinstalled oblivion, got rid of any trace of it on my computer, and restarted my computer. And my character continued to move to the right.
I gave up trying to fix it, so I went to play GTA:SA which didn't have the problem. The next day, I reinstall oblivion, and oddly it worked. I played for a while, then I believe it started with me pushing the escape key. I went to get my laundry from downstairs, and when I came back and pushed the return to game button, my character was stuck moving to the right. I got very angry, and just gave up and uninstalled the game. Then this is where it gets weird, I go and load up GTA:SA, and when I load my game, I'm stuck moving to the right! I turned the game off, shut my computer down and went to bed. Then the next day, I load up GTA:SA, and my character is stuck moving DOWN. I thought maybe it was the game, so I rebinded the keys, reinstalled the game, and switched keyboard. NOTHING WORKED. The odd thing is, the problem is only in Oblivion and GTA:SA. I load up Counter-Strike Source and Counter-Strike, and it's fine. It just doesn't seem to make any sense to me."
Thanks forward for help.
