Es wird bei der DB das alte TAN-Verfahren beendet, man muss jetzt zwingend das Photo-TAN-Verfahren nutzen. Und dessen App läuft sowohl auf meinem alten Huawei mit Android 9 als auch meinem Pixel 5 mit GrapheneOS problemlos, braucht auch kein Internet und so.
Ich habe wohl docch Grütze geredet. Ich wollte mich eben zum ersten Mal seit der Umstellung einloggen – auf meinem Pixel mit Graphene schmiert PhotoTAN stillschweigend ab, aber auf dem alten Android 9 geht es noch. Ich wollte im Playstore nach Updates gucken, aber da steht, dass PhotoTAN durch BestSign ersetzt wird, und das findet man in der BankingÄpp.🙄
F-Droid hat diesbezüglich nun kürzlich einen Artikel veröffentlicht.
Demnach würde die Restriktion der Installation von Apps seitens Google wohl F-Droid und ähnliche Projekte vernichten:

Sie nehmen es Google außerdem ebenso wenig ab, dass es um SiChErHeIt geht:

Dafür kennen wir GrapheneOS. Aber auch wenn die Bezeichnung der Pakete für jeden Store unterschiedlich sein sollte, das grundlegende Problem dass man Google durch die Registrierung Kontrolle über das gesamte Ökosystem an Apps gibt, sollte beide vereinen.

Update: Google has not "backed down" from developer verification
Contrary to a vague mention ↗ of a possible “advanced flow” that may eventually allow “experienced users to accept the risks of installing software that isn’t verified”, Google’s description of the program ↗ continues to state plainly that:
Starting in September 2026, Android will require all apps to be registered by verified developers in order to be installed on certified Android devices
Until such time that they have shown evidence that it will be possible to bypass the verification process without undue friction, we must believe what is stated on their official page: that all apps from non-registered developers will be blocked once their lock-down goes into effect.
Kein AppStore darf exklusiv sein. Sonst haben wir US-Verhältnisse wo unliebsame Apps rausgeflogen sind die vor ICE warnen oder in anderen Ländern das VPN ersticken weil es dem Staat nicht passt.
Abgesehen davon war Android gefeiert und beliebt für seine Offenheit.
