We are releasing a small intermediate update to Rivatuner today. Initially we did not plan on releasing it, but why not.
The version we’re announcing today is an intermediate release of Rivatuner inbetween v2.24 and v2.25 which is expected to be launched here, on The Guru of 3D, a bit later.
Some of you probably know that MSI is organizing an overclocking competition (MSI Master Overclocking Arena 2009) in Beijing on 8/29. RivaTuner with official ForceWare 190.xx drivers family support is required for that competition, however v2.25 is still in development stage and unfortunately it cannot be released right now.
That is why we decided to release slightly updated special edition of v2.24 including just ForceWare 190.xx drivers family support as the only change. There are no other changes like new software features, new GPUs and hardware support and so on. All these things will be available a bit later in fully featured version 2.25.
Version 2.24 MSI Master Overclocking Arena 2009 edition:
Minor bugfixes:
None.
What's new:
Added ForceWare 190.xx drivers family support.
Added databases for ForceWare 190.15, 190.38 and 190.56.
Added unified Windows 7 / Vista ForceWare drivers versions (8.15.xx.xxxx) support.
