Opera (Windows) Java ?

Hallo,

ich habe mir den Opera 9.5 auf meinen Windows (Vista Home Premium 32bit) System installiert. Leider bin ich daran gescheitert Java zu installieren - sodass der Browser damit arbeiten kann.

Ich habe mal (ist lange her) Java im Opera gehabt (es funktionierte) - und dazu gab es mein eine Dukumentation auf Opera.com, die ich auch nicht mehr finden kann.

Ich habe mal einen Blick in die Opera Dukomentation geworfen und bin über folgenes gestolpert:

Support for Java in Opera

Opera uses the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) on your system directly instead of using the plug-in to run Java applets. It is not possible to use the Java plug-in with Opera.

Opera for other platforms may support Java through the use of a
Java plug-in. Please consult the documentation for each platform
for information about Opera's Java capabilities.

We recommend running an up-to-date version of JRE at all times. Opera does not work with versions of JRE prior to version 1.2.

JRE can be downloaded from: http://www.java.com/getjava/ (Multiple operating systems)

Follow the instructions on the Sun page to install JRE. When the installation is complete, you need to restart Opera to be able to use Java applets.

Schließt das jetzt aus, das Websites mit Java-Fenstern funktionieren, z.B. IRC "Emulationen" mit Java ? Wenn ich das nun falsch verstanden habe, könnt ihr mich sagen wie ich Java einbinde, bzw. einen Link mit einer Anleitung wie es funtioniert ?

Opera sollte die installierte JavaRuntime automatisch erkennen und damit arbeiten.

Hast du Probleme mit Webseiten unter Opera?

Zuerst bekomme ich den Fehler:

opera.exe - Komponente nicht gefunden.
MSVCR71.dll nichtegefunden

EDIT:

hab die Datei auf http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71 gefunden.

Dank Neuinstallation und Einfügen der .DLL funzt es jetzt.
