Probleme beim installieren von Nero15 Classic

Hallo Community

Hab folgendes Problem und zwar, ich kann leider mein frisch gekauftes Nero15 Classic....

Ca. 5sek nach beginn der installation kommt ein Fehler, darin steht: der Assistent wurde unterbrochen bevor Nero 15 vollständig installiert werden konnte.

Kennt dass sonst noch jemand?

Nero15 Classisc
von der leistung her kann es nicht sein, den der PC ist ne einzelanfertigung und ist mit aktueller Hardware versehen.
Darum verstehe ich nicht wo der Fehler sein könnte.

Was kann man den da tun?

Der Assistent wurde unterbrochen bevor Nero 2015 vollständig installiert werden konnte.

Ihr System wurde nicht verändert. Um die Installation zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt abzuschliessen, muss das Setup erneut ausgeführt werden.

Klicken Sie auf "Fertig stellen", um den Assistenten zu verlassen.

Leider steht nur dies

Am Gerät ist alles bereits aktuell, also alle Updates, Grafikkarte wurde geupdatet und alles aber bin nicht fähig Nero zu installieren -..-
