Probleme beim Surfen

Ich habe seit einigen Wochen Probleme beim Surfen. Internetseiten brauchen manchmal eine Ewigkeit bis sie geladen werden(oder werden erst garnicht zu Ende geladen) obwohl sonst nichts läuft(kein Bittorrent, Antivirus oder Computerspiele). Ich habe Mac OS X 10.7.2.
Ich habe mal den TCP/IP Analyzer Test bei speedguide.net gemacht. Hier sind die Ergebnisse:

MTU = 1492
MTU is optimized for PPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for optimal throughput.
MSS = 1452
MSS is optimized for PPPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising your MTU value.
Default TCP Receive Window (RWIN) = 4096
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled TCP Receive Window = 4096

RWIN seems to be set to a very small number. If you're on a broadband connection, consider using a larger value.
For optimum performance, consider changing RWIN to a multiple of MSS.
Other RWIN values that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
63888 (up to 2 Mbit lines, depending on latency. MSS * 44)
127776 (1-5 Mbit lines, depending on latency. MSS * 44 * 2)
255552 (2-14 Mbit lines, depending on latency. MSS * 44 * 2^2)
511104 (8-30 Mbit lines, depending on latency. MSS * 44 * 2^3)
1022208 (25-60 Mbit lines depending on latency. MSS * 44 * 2^4)
bandwidth * delay product (Note this is not a speed test):

Your TCP Window limits you to: 164 kbps (20 KBytes/s) @ 200ms

Consider increasing your RWIN value to optimize TCP/IP for broadband.

Wie gehe ich nun vor? Was soll ich ändern? In meinem Netzwerk befinden sich 2 Laptops( mit Mac OS X), ein Speedtouch v585i v6 Modem und ein WLAN Router(TL-WR1043ND).
Ich müsste eigentlich 5 MBit/s Download und 512 KBit/s Upload haben.

wenn du einen Router nutzt, sollte die MTU eigentlich 1500 anstatt 1492 sein.
Mal nen Speedtest gemacht?

Ich habe soeben einen Test bei speedguide gemacht.

1877 kbps down (~1.88 Mbps, 229 KB/s) ↓
107 kbps up (~0.11 Mbps, 13 KB/s) ↑
Details:

3072 KB downloaded in 13.408 seconds
500 KB uploaded in 38.446 seconds
Speed @ 81% of the average for dyn.luxdsl.pt.lu
35 times faster than 56k dialup
Tested on: 2011.10.29 16:53 EDT

Weiß jemand warum mein RWIN Wert so niedrig ist und wie man das ändern kann? Vielleicht liegt es ja daran

Nein.

Wenn ich einen Test mit den SG Network Tools mache dann steht da unter anderem dies:
