SP2 Installationsproblem "Interner Fehler"

Wollte grade Sp2 für WinXP installieren dabei kam nach dem entpacken während des Fensters "Aktuelle Konfiguration untersuchen" die Fehlermeldung "Ein interner Fehler is aufgetreten"
