Tapo D235 Video Türklingel anschließen

Ich will die Tapo D235 Tür Video Klingel anschließen
hier die Infos:

dazu soll ich den Klingel Trafo brücken!

aber WARUM?
wenn ich das nicht mache klingelt dann die "alte" Türklingel mit?
