Hallo Leute, hab nach dem Windowsstart einen bluescreen der vermutlich mit der gpu zusammenhängt.
Der Pc wurde von mir vor 2 Tagen zusammengebaut. Hab jetzt meine Steinzeit gtx 270 zum testen eingebaut mit erfolg.
Es ist halt die Frage ob es sich bei dem ganzen um ein software problem handelt oder ob die gpu hinüber ist und ich diese bei mindfactory reklamieren kann.
ich habe auch schon ein bios update gemacht.
hardware ist : 4790k,
gigabyte g1 sniper z97,
gigabyte gtx 970 g1
bqiet straight pwr 10 gold 500w
ich hatte erst 2 bluescreen mit text, die anderen waren immer nur quasi ein eingefrorenes bild in blau oder schwarz ohne text nach dem "wilkommen" in windows. manchmal funktionierte es länger da kam die meldung das der anzeigedriver 344 deaktiviert wird. beim bluescreen mit text hatte ich mal bccode 116 und einmal bcode 124.

wäre es der einfachste weg die karte wegen nichtgefallens zurückzusenden (14 Tage frist). ich denke bei reklamation wird es ewig dauern bis ich eine neue bekomme bzw, daß sie sagen sie ist in ordnung. problem ist nur ich habe die originalverpackung+esd verpackung und steckerabdeckungen nicht mehr.

wieder einer, also es hat sicher etwas mit der gpu zutun, die berichte schreiben immer thermal issue, die temperaturen der cpu und gpu gehn nicht über 38grad. so bau wieder die gtx270 ein.

Hab nun auf dem datenblatt der grafikkarte gefundne das ein netzteil mit 550watt gefordert wird.
Kann das der Grund sein?
so grafikkarte bei einem freund der ebenfalls eine gtx 970 betreibt, getestet. auch bei ihm stürzt der grafikkartentreiber ab und der pc wird extrem langsam mauszeiger bewegt sich im 2 sekunden takt. bluescreen gibts bei ihm jedoch nicht.
trotzdem geht die gpu zurück zu mindfactory, ich hoffe die wickeln das schnell ab und können den fehler auch nachvollziehen.
