Kann Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable nicht installieren

Hallo
wie oben schon beschrieben geht das bei mir nicht. habe schon einiges ausprobiert aber alles ohne Erfolg. Das Programm startet und tut irgend was aber am Ende kommt folgende Fehlermeldung

Das Problem scheint beim Zugriff auf einige Verzeichnisse zu beginnen:

Starte die Installation doch mal explizit als Administrator (Rechtsklick, Ausführen als Administrator), vielleicht liegt es an mangelnden Rechten.

Danke für deine Antwort aber das mit den Admin-Rechte habe ich auch schon gemacht bringt aber nichts.
