Kopiertool für den Windows Explorer

Hi,

gibt es für WinXP/2k3 ein Tool, das in Windows so integriert ist, dass, wenn ich Dateien mit dem Windows Explorer kopiere, mir der Speed angezeigt wird und ich Dateien gegebenenfalls resumen kann? Fände ich klasse einen etwas komfortableren Kopierdialog gezeigt zu bekommen.

Ich glaub, dass es auch ein Programm gibt, welches resumen kann, kann mich aber an den namen nicht erinnern
