Sieht aus, alsob dein Windows Audio Service gekillt wurde. Genau das ist mir vor ein paar Tagen beim deinstallieren eines VIA Audio Treibers passiert. Kopier folgendes ins Notepad und benenn es "Windows Audio.reg"

Danach das ganze mit einem Doppelklick auf Windows Audio.reg der Registry hinzufügen und nach einem Neustart sollte der Service und damit der Sound wieder da sein.
