UPDATE!!! Neuer PC geht einfach aus...

EDIT: Es hat sich jetzt heruasgestellt dass anscheinend doch ein Softwareproblem besteht!
Ich habe heute die Programme BlueScreenView und WhoCrashed isnstalliert und dort wurden mir folgende Fehler angezeigt:

Urprünglicher Anfang des Threads!


Hi Leute,

vor ein paar Monaten habe ich Verwandten einen neuen PC zusammengestellt. Der alte PC war schon betagt und ging immer einfach aus und fuhr nicht mehr hoch.
Nach ca. 2 Monaten folgendes Phänomen....der neue PC geht nun ebenfalls einfach aus. Mal mehrmals täglich, mal nur 1x am Tag.

Da ich was Elektrotechnik angeht kaum Ahnung habe frage ich mich ob das Problem vielleicht am Hausstrom liegen kann? Keine Ahnung...Spannungsspitzen, irgendwas.

Hat hier jemand eine Idee?

Der PC ist absolut einwandfrei. Technisch in Ordnung. Bei mir habe ich den jetzt 3 tage und er ist noch nie abgestürzt.

@rtechnobase: wenn du nicht helfen kannst oder möchtest, dann braucht man auch keine sinnlosen Kommentare schreiben...für wirkliche hoffe bin ich jedoch sehr dankbar

wenn du dir da so sicher bist, warum fragst du eigentlich?

dann musst du einen elektriker kommen lassen, wenns am stromkreis liegt.

Nunja wenn du in einem PC Forum Antworten zu einem PC Problem haben willst, dann musst du auch den PC hinschreiben. Vielleicht ist ja das Netzteil der letzte mist.

Punkto Elektrik kann ich nur fragen wie alt die Verkabelung im Haus ist.

Ok, war vllt wirklich etwas voreilig. Aber wie sollen wir helfen, wenn du so allgemeingültiges Zeug schreibst? Wir brauchen die verbauten Komponenten und evtl auch noch die Tätigkeit/Lastzustand bei dem er ausgeht.

Mich würde einfach interessieren ob es überhaupt möglich, oder reel sein kann dass der PC durch Spannungsspitzen, etc. einfacher aus geht. Oder gibt es sowas wie unregelmäßige Spannung nicht im Hausstrom? Ich habe keine Ahnung von Elektrik, deshalb die grundsätzliche Frage.
Mir ist schon klar dass hier keiner beantworten kann ob meine Hausstromversorgung eine Macke hat.

Ja kann er definitiv. Das Netzteil hat div. Schutzmechanismen für Überlastung, Unter bzw. Überspannung, falsche Frequenz. Daher können Spannungseinbrüche und Spannungsspitzen durchaus zum Ausschalten des PCs führen. Normal gibt es Spannungsschwankungen im Hausnetz eher weniger. Vor allem nicht so sehr, dass der PC ausgeht.

Die Komponenten können das Netzteil definitiv nicht überlasten. Die kommen zusammen auf max. 200 - 220W. Da sind die 350 Watt genau im richtigen Bereich.

Die Frage ob der Hausstrom ne macke hat kann dir nur ein Elektriker beantworten. Eine kurzfristige Abhilfe für solche Fälle würde Ihm ne USV bringen. Die besseren zeichnen den Spannungsverlauf auch auf und so könnte man es dann herausfinden.

Das nenne ich mal eine vernünftige Antwort. Das mit der USV ist ne gute Idee. Ich werde mal in der Firma nachfragen ob ich mir eine ausleihen kann.

Könnte immer noch das Netzteil/Graka sein. Entferne mal die Graka und verwende die IGP.

Ich habe jetzt erstmal die AMD Treiber komplett deinstalliert. Alle...also auch die Mainboard Treiber. Alles mit dem AMD Uninstall Tool.

Dann neustart und alles mit einem FINAL Release Treiber wieder installiert.

Dann Neustart und 6 Stunden Benchmarks laufen lassen. Bisher gibt es keine Probleme.
