ram lag

hey guys...
i got a problem.
atm my laptop has a ram lag. I got that problem in the past cause i got the killer suit installed (e2400 ethernet thingy). but this times it doesnt show any program in the list as the one using the ram.
I somehow cant de install the killer ethernet controller or the driver.
when i go to programms i cant find the ethernet suit anymore after i tried deinstalling it once.
i am not sure if the killer suite is the problem in this case and i cant find any other programm that is using the ram

i got an msi ge72 6QF Apachepro , further specs in the screenshot

Dann installiere einfach mal den aktuellen Treiber für dein Killer NIC neu.

Dein Bild werde ich nicht öffnen, wie ich Anhänge grundsätzlich nicht öffne. Wenn dann musst du es schon hier normal einbinden
