Tevii S464 unter Ubuntu 12.04.3

Hallo leute,

ich habe ein Problem mit meiner Tevii S464, sie wird erkannt, aber irgendwie kann der DVB service sie nicht registrieren.
Wenn ich dmesg | grep -i dvb abfrage bekomme ich folgende Meldung:

Ich kann nur leider nichts mit err = -22 anfangen. Zu den Rahmenbedingugen, es handelt sich noch um den Standart 3.8 Kernel ich habe lediglich die Firmware in /lib/firmware kopiert. Google hat mir bisher nicht so sehr weitergeholfen

Kann mir jemand sagen wo der Hacken ist?
