6870 OC-Frage (Afterburner)

Hallo zusammen,
bin grad dabei meine 6870 von sapphire zu ocn. Bisher läuft sie
stabil auf 1000/1150. Wollte nun noch ein bisschen höher gehen, jedoch
setzt mir der Afterburner eine Grenze bei 1000 bei der gpu clock.
kann mir jemand helfen?

Du musst den Afterburner im Config freischalten.

Da das Thema gut passt und ich eine HD 6970(eigentlich 6950) habe, hänge ich mich direkt an.
Mit welchem tool stelle ich die cfg datei um? Ich habe es mit Excel und Wordpad versucht, jedoch ist bei 950 MHz immer noch Schluss.

Gibt es was bestimmtes was ich beachten muss?
Muss Windows neu gestartet werden?
