Bluescreen nach Ruhezustand - DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f), USBHUB3.sys

Hallo zusammen,

ich versetze meinen PC in den Ruhezustand, welchen er auch augenscheinlich einleitet (schaltet sich ordnungsgemäß "aus"), aber in 75% der Fälle, wenn ich ihn aufwecken möchte stelle ich fest, dass er komplett aus ist. Nach dem Windows Start finde ich einen Bluescreen im Windows Eventviewer.

Ich habe inzwischen alle USB-Geräte entfernt. Nur noch der Receiver für ein Set Funk-Maus und Tastatur ist dran. Ich habe verschiedenen USB-Ports ausprobiert, aber der Fehler bleibt. Egal ob USB 2 oder 3. Der Fehler ist aber auch schon vor diesem Set aufgetreten, daher bezweifle ich, dass die Peripherie Schuld ist.

Ja, die meisten zeigen jedoch auf einen speziellen Treiber (Bluetooth etc.) oder Software (Irgendwelche Mainboard Tools) etc. Das ist bei mir aber nicht der Fall. Mehr Infos außer USB3 finde ich nicht in meinen BS-Daten.

beim Herunterfahren des System (1809).
 
Hi,

Zunächst mal handelt es sich bei dem genannten Treiber um einen Windows-Standardtreiber für USB 3.0 Hubs. Für das vorliegende Problem ist vermutlich ein -gegenwärtig nicht näher einzugrenzender Treiber eines angeschlossenen Geräts verantwortlich.

Hier solltest du den Umstand berücksichtigen, dass ein Teil der Geräte in deinem System eben intern via USB 2.x/3.x verbunden sind.

Auf meiner Maschine sind dies bspw. das Bluetooth Device, die Kamera sowie der Card-Reader. Von daher ist zu berücksichtigen, dass das vorliegende Problem bei dir nicht in jedem Fall über externe, angestöpselte Hardware verursacht wird.

Der Dump enthält leider viel Datenmüll -kannst du dir ja selber ansehen.

Als allererste Maßnahme würde ich dir dringend empfehlen über diesen Link deine wahrhaft historische Firmware upzudaten. Du arbeitest tatsächlich noch mit der 1st Release.

Wenn du dich schon auf der Seite von ASROCK befindest gleich mal nachschauen ob aktuellere Treiber für dein Board vorliegen.

Zum Auslesen der in deinem System befindlichen USB Devices würde ich dir die Windows Device Console (devcon.exe) empfehlen.

Danke fürs reinschauen. Wie kommst du darauf, dass eine Firmware historisch sei? Und welche genau?
Da ich mich mit diesem Problem schon seit Monaten beschäftige ist Treiber updaten eines meiner Hauptbeschäftigungen. Einschließlich der von der ASRock-Seite.

Dass es an einem externen USB-Gerät liegt bezweifle ich inzwischen auch. Wie gesagt ist nur noch ein einziges USB-Gerät angeschlossen (Maus & Tastatur). Intern fällt mir auch nichts ein. Ich hab einen Tower PC ohne Webcam, Bluetooth, Cardreader, CD-ROM oder Sonstiges. Einzig das Frontpanel ist per USB verbunden, aber daran ist auch nichts angeschlossen. Es leuchtet jedoch rot und ich weiß ad hoc nicht woher es sich den Strom holt. Das könnte vielleicht USB sein. Edit: Kriegt Strom über Sata; Ich hab die internen USB-Stecker nun dennoch mal abgezogen.

Da mach ich mir überhaupt kein Kopf -mein Profi ist ein ehemaliger Schulfreund (Gutachter, Werkstatt, Leihwagen) mal sehen was da in der Kette auf die gegnerische Haftplicht so alles zukommt. Mein Wagen ist nicht mal 36 Mon. alt (seufz), in jedem Fall danke für die aufmunternden Worte.

Streicht man die volle VID-Angabe (Venor ID) sukkzessiv zusammen -Bing hat erst bei USB\VID_046A etwas ausgespuckt finden sich Hinweise auf den US-Hersteller CHERRY.

Ich persönl. verbinde damit spontan Keyboards, Mikroschalter usw., allerdings hat dieser Hersteller noch ganz andere USB Geräte in seinem Portefeuille.

Ich hab die Treiber und das BIOS von der Asrock Seite aktualisiert, aber heute wieder den Bluescreen erhalten. Immer noch die gleiche Adresse, die den USB Fehler auslöst.

Ich nutze das Cherry DW5100 Funk-Set. Das habe ich allerdings noch nicht so lange und der Fehler trat schon vorher auf. Naja, hilft nichts. Dann teste ich jetzt mal ohne das Cherry Set.
 
Ich hab jetzt die letzten zwei Wochen nach und nach meine USB-Geräte wieder angesteckt und gewartet ob der BS wieder kommt und tatsächlich: Es ging gut, bis das Funk-Set wieder angeschlossen wurde. Selber Fehler.

Irgend eine Idee, was man tun könnte? Das Set ist erst 2 Monate alt und hat 40€ gekostet. Ich wills ungern entsorgen. Ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass es defekt ist und ich es leicht umtauschen könnte.

Edit: Ich hab mir das gleiche Set nochmal bestellt. Wenn das funktioniert weiß ich, dass das aktuelle defekt ist.

Also bei win7 gab es das Phänomen, dass man alle usb-Root-Hubs im Gerätemanager den Haken „Windows kann usb abstellen um Strom zu sparen“ wegmachen, damit diverse Probleme behoben werden. Vielleicht geht das/ist das unter win10 deine Lösung
 
Würde mal Hibernation (Schnellstart, Hybrid, Standard) kpl. temporär deaktivieren.
