Bluescreen

Hi,ich hatte vor kurzem ein bluescreen und wollte mal fragen ob mir jemand sagen kann was den verursacht hat und wie ich das repariert kriege.

Den bluescreen selber hab ich nich gesehen weil ich nich im zimmer war,aber als ich wieder kam hat der pc sich neu gestarted,hing ewig beim windows logo,dann ging der monitor auf standbye, hab den monitor paar mal an und aus gemacht dann hat er irgendwann den desktop geladne und es kam ne nachicht das ich ein bluescreen hatte.


ich hab dann mit nem programm gekuckt was der fehler ist bin aber genau so schlau wie vorher,scheint wolh irgendein software fehler zu sein aber weiß nich welcher...

Soll ich diese minidump datei hochladen oder reichen die infos?


Hier sind noch die pc daten fals es hilft & der pc ist ungefähr ein halbes jahr alt,wurde nie überbelasted oder so.

les dir das mal durch, evtl. ist da was dabei.

hab mich da auf "This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe" bezogen.

ich habs mir mal durchgelsen, sagt aber letzendlich nur das ich mal chkdsk machen soll,ich hab aber eine ssd also unötig

memtest auch ausprobiert?

war der bluescreen einmalig oder kommt der öfters vor? windows ist ja bekannt hin und wieder mal einen bluescreen zu produzieren. Evtl. nur eine "Ausnahme" gewesen.

vorher was neues installiert? Lass mal hwmonitor laufen und beobachte die temperaturen.

memtest noch nich bisher, werd ich wohl nacher mal machen

hwmonitor ist alles immer normal soweit.

der bluescreen kam nur einmal, ich hatte im dezember einmal das wars aber also nur die 2 in den halben jahr.

ein kumpel von mir sagre das liegt an windows 7 und meiner hardware das die nich 100% kompatibel sind,vieleicht ist es ja das.

wüsste nicht was bei deiner hardware nicht kompatibel mit w7 wäre.

also 2 bluescreens in 6 monaten würd ich mir keine Gedanken machen. Ist für mich im normalen Bereich

Teste mal das RAM mit Memtest86 oder Memtest86+ (alle Riegel zusammen so wie sie jetzt drin sind) und poste bitte mal den Screenshot von CrystalDiskInfo (die Portable Standard Edition reicht und ist frei von Werbung, einfach auf den Link der Portable klicken, warten bis die zip Datein automatisch downgeloaded wird, die zip speichern und irgendwohin komplett entpacken, dann DiskInfo.exe dort starten), ziehe aber bitte das Fenster soweit auf, dass alle Attribute und auch die Rohwerte vollständig sichtbar sind.

Checkdisk überprüft das Dateisystem auf Fehler. Auch eine SSD hat ein Dateisystem
