DDR2 Speicher auf AM2+?

Hallo bin gerade dabei mein system umzustellen. wollte nur mal kurz wissen, ob DDR2 speicher auch auf am2+ läuft oder ich da schon DDR3 brauche?

falls jemand am Abit KN8SLI mit 2GB DDR-400 MDT interessiert ist bitte melden.

Supports production DIMMs from industry standard DRAM memory manufacturers.

AM2+ nimmt DDR2-RAM, allerdings beherrscht der Phenom bereits DDR2-1066, ist aber auch abwärtskompatibel zu DDR2-800.
