Das ist normal weil du deine Festplatte ja grade in Benutzung (durch Windows) hast währen du den nichtssagenden Benchmark laufen lässt.

die Festplatte ist enorm langsam. Zumindest, was die MS-Werte anbelangt. Meine 5-Jahre alte Samsung HDD hat 15,6 ms.
Naja, man sieht ja dass die Zugriffszeit ziemlich gestreut ist. Eventuell auf grund von Vibrationen, oder die Sektoren haben wirklich ein Problem.
Aber das ist auch ein 1 Platter Modell, und die haben bei Hitachi auch immer eine höhere Zugriffszeit. In dem Fall würde die eigentlich bei etwa 18ms liegen.

Ist das Dein Systemlaufwerk (liegt als die Systempartition da drauf)? Dann sind die Einbrüche bei HDD Tune normal und kommen von den Systemzugriffen, die gerade zufällig dann stattgefunden haben. Die S.M.A.R.T. Werte kannst Du Dir auch mit CrystalDiskInfo anzeigen lassen, das ist besser, kostenlos und sogar Open-Source.

Die Lese/Schreib-Geschwindigkeit ist für eine 5400 Umin Platte normal.
Die SMART Werte sind in Ordnung, Spinup time 14 ms, alle 79 Sekunden ein Laden/Entladen Zyklus (geht in den Stromsparmodus), für eine Platte mit Betriebssystem ist das ungewöhnlich oft.
