Metro Snap aktivieren

Hallo,

aufgrund meiner zu kleinen Auflösung ist Modern UI Snap im Moment deaktiviert.

Den allseits bekannten Trick mit der Registry klappt bei mir nicht, soll von Microsoft unterbunden worden sein.

Kenn jemand einen anderen Trick? Hätte die Snap-Funktionalität sehr gerne.

Was meinst du mit Modern UI Snap? Ist das eine App?

ich meine damit die möglichkeit, auch modern UI Apps nebeneinander anzuordnen.

Auf meinem Desktop geht dies, auf meinem Laptop nicht. Nach Googlen stellte sich raus, dass dies an der Auflösung liegt und Windows die Funktion deaktiviert.

Und, hast du das ausprobiert ? Bei mir funktioniert das nicht. Und in den Kommentaren steht auch, dass das mit der RTM-Version nicht mehr funktioniert.

Leider nein, da ich keinen Bildschirm unter 1920x1080 habe

Aber du könntest - kurzzeitig zu Testzwecken - eine niedrigere Auflösung von z.B. 1280x768 einstellen ...

Thanks for the fix,
The script didn't work so I used the removal to return to the original settings.
The second tip also didn't work.
I used a combination of manually entering the information from the first trick and also
entering the information from the second method.
After rebooting my system, I now had 2 choices for my display resolution:
1024 X 600 and, 1152 X 864
After changing the display to the higher resolution, I was now able to access the "Metro" apps.
The letters are a little small and I used Clear Type to make them more legible.

Thanks, it does work one just needs to be persistent.
