niedriger upload bei arcor dsl

jo, mach ich sonst auch, bin aber seit drei tagen an ner neuinstallation ( board, speicher neu ).
hab grad cfosspeed deinstalliert, is aber immer noch derselbe mist, .
muss auch gleich inne heia, kann kaum noch gucken. vielen dank nochmal, poste hier weiter, wenn dir noch was einfällt.

Mhhhh Standortprobleme spielen auch noch ne rolle,
aber ich bin voll zufrieden mit DSL 6000 von Arcor,
sowie mit meinen Upload als auch mit meinen Download - Daten.
