Ok! I couldn't install Windows 7, 8, 10 on my Acer Travelmate 8473 on new HDD. It freezing on 0% copying files. As I understand, to solve this problem, I must run Rufus and record USB with parameters: MBR & BIOS (UEFI-CSM). My HDD may be with MBR. Before installing I must choose IDE in Bios-menu.
Is it all right? Thanks for your answer.

No, IDE is an improper configuration; the correct one is "SATA Mode: AHCI Mode". What about your new HDD? Please tell us the full product name!

It freezing on 0% copying files.

How did you create the bootable USB stick?

Seagate ST500VT000-1DK142 (0001SDC1). Today it have GPT table & Ubuntu 20.04 x64 was successful installed on it. But with Windows I have only a lot of troubles.
I tried many programs: UltraISO, Mediacreationtool, Rufus with different options. But all was without result.

Well, then you have to try (not generally, but in this special case) IDE Mode in BIOS, and Rufus as mentioned before.

In this special case, it might be a working solution. Please try!

But what about MBR or GPT on HDD will be prefered before installing? HDD is new.

MBR. Use F12 to select USB stick to boot from. Please delete all HDD partitions during Windows Setup first, then continue!

It has to correlate with you license! This will work in most cases:

1.) Do you have Windows 10 Home oder Pro?
2.) Your license ist exactly which one?

License on this notebook is on Windows 7 Pro (upgradable to 8.1). I must install Windows 10 Pro MSDN or OEM (English)?
And what file system I have choose in Rufus?

In Rufus, select this ISO file, switch to MBR selection in Rufus; the automatically selected file system is the correct one.

I want to express gratitude to all who help me! Computerbase is the best forum! I coudn't get right answer during two week in the hole internet. Thanks very much! Today I have Windows 8.1 Pro x64 insalled on my Acer TM because of CPU Sandy Bridge & I'm really happy. Tomorrow I will try to install Ubuntu 20.4 alongside.

Well, installing an up-to-date linux distribution won't be as problematic as the Windows one was for this laptop. You simply need some free space left for the linux partitions (the last possible free one as extended partition, filled with at least two logical partitions, or three, if you'd like to have a swap partition.)

Please keep in mind, security support for Windows 8.1 will end at 10. January 2023.

And another question in this case, is it useful to choose ACHI back in Bios, after successful instalation of Windows?
I have issues with some software that unexpactably shutdown laptop in IDE mode.

Wegen den BIOS - Einstellungen: irgendwie komme ich per F2 jetzt nichts mehr ins BIOS. Keine Ahnung was da los ist, sonst würde ich liefern (:
