ASUS AURA Software lässt sich nicht deinstallieren

Hallo,

ich hoffe, dies ist der richtige Bereich?

Ich wollte neulich die AURA Software deinstallieren, jedoch ist die Deinstallationsroutine abgebrochen.

-AURA lässt sich nun nicht mehr deinstallieren (bricht bei 27 % ständig, selbst nach Systemneustart)
-Mit dem Software Installer ebenso wenig.
-Neuinstallation klappt auch nicht.

Die Firma ASUS rät mir zur Windows 10-Neuinstallation!

Gibt es keinen einfacheren Weg?

Ich möchte die neuste AURA Software wieder nutzen.

@TazZ.HD, ja aber bei mir ging es auch um Aura... vermutlich kannste das Problem ebenso wie ich nur lösen durch komplett neu aufsetzen von Windows!

Also im Abgesicherten Modus konnte ich AURA problemlos deinstallieren!

Ging bei mir nicht, ebenso mit RyzenMaster ich bekomme die fragmente nicht weg, hatte aber auch vorher schon selbst Hand angelegt... nach Neuer Installation ließ sich beides nicht Starten immer Fehlermeldungen.

So!

Die AURA Software wollte ich deinstallieren, weil sie nicht richtig dargestellt wird!

ASUS riet mir dazu einen CMOS Reset durchzuführen - das half auch nichts!
ASUS riet mir dann, Windows 10 neu zu installieren - das half auch nichts!

Ist das Mainboard nun defekt?

Im Bild sieht man, wie die AURA Software auf dem Desktop dargestellt wird.

zu erst welche version von aura hast?
Versuch mall die hier zu laden (1.06.17)
und das Aura Cleaner Tool vom hier

von die installation das machen.

1.- Uninstall previous Aura versions (or even this new one) by going into the Control Panel > Programs and Features
2.- Run Aura Cleaner
3.- Run CCleaner
4.- Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS and delete the Aura folder.
4.5.- When I tried to delete it, I couldnt because there was one service that was using it, so I restarted the PC and then I was able to delete it.
5.- Run CCleaner again
6.- Turn off PC and unplug the PSU for about 30 seconds.
7.- Right Click on the .ZIP of Aura 1.05.27
8.- At the very bottom there's a checkbox that says Unblock, mark that checkbox and Apply>Ok.
9.- Extract files
10.- Right Click on file "AsusSetup.exe" > Properties > Compatibility and check the box of "Run this program as an administrator" > Hit Apply > Ok.
11.- Run the AsusSetup.exe and restart when the setup tells you to do it.
12.-Once back in Windows, don't run the program yet. Shut down the PC and unplug the PSU for abother 30 seconds.
13.- Run Aura SW and should be working now.

vielen Dank für deine Anleitung!

Bin mir nicht sicher, ob das Aura Cleaner funktioniert hatte, ich sah das Fenster nur ganz kurz! ^^

AURA läuft nun wieder, es ist aber auch eine neuere Version als ASUS mir neulich empfohlen hat.
