CPU kaputt?

Hallo,
da mein PC zurzeit wieder des Öfteren Probleme macht, hab ich Prime95 angeschmießen.
Hier mein System:
Win7 Home Prem 32bit
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 65nm Brisbane
MSI 8800GT-OC
MSI K9N SLI-2F (V1)
be quiet! Blackline P5 470W
2x 1gb Qimonda 64T128020EU3SB2


Beim In-place large FFTs Test wurden gleich ein paar Fehler ausgespuckt.

Die Temperaturen vom Core #0 & Core #1 haben dabei bedenkliche Werte von 100+°C angenommen. CPUTIN jedoch "nur" 70°C, handelt es sich dabei um einen auslese Fehler?
Sind die Fehler nur aufgrund der Temperatur zustande gekommen?
Mit einer anderen CPU (Athlon 64 X2 3800+) lief der Test ohne Probleme ca. 5h und die max. Coretemps lagen bei 62° und CPUTIN bei 57°.

Temperatur sieht nicht schlimm aus.

Aber die Fehler sehen nicht gut aus, was du versuchen kannst:
Die Voltage erhöhen, bei gleichbleibendem Takt, oder du taktest den Prozessor bei gleicher Voltage herunter.
Kann gut sein, dass du ihn so wieder unter Kontrolle bekommst. Hat nun eben auch schon ein langes Leben hinter sich...

Leute seht ihr nicht richtig? Bei der CPU , in der Spalte des hoechsten Wertes, steht der 1. Kern auf 99 Grad C und der 2. Auf 109 Grad C. Was ist an den Temperaturen OK?

du musst die Temperaturen in der Spalte Max betrachten!
bei Core #0 steht 99°C (210 °F)
bei Core #1 steht 109°C (228 °F)

Wenn Prime Fehler meldet heißt das nochnicht das auch ein defekt vorliegt.
Um die Ursachen genau zu untersuchen, solltest du die einzelnen Faktoren möglichst getrennt teste. Dazu kannst du zB mal den CPU Multiplikator begrenzen damit die CPU nicht am Anschlag läuft oder den Arbeitsspeicher austauschen, bzw test nur mit einem einzelnem Modul wiederholen.
Treten sonst keine Fehler wie Instabilität auf könnte es auch bloß an eine Überhitzung liegen. Abhilfe würde es vmtl helfen den Staub vom Kühler zu entfernen oder gar WLP zu erneuern.

Klar die Temperaturen sind zu hoch! Du musst unbedingt die Kühlung überprüfen!

Überprüf mal:
- dreht sich der Lüfter noch?
- sind die Kühlrippen evtl. verdreckt/zu?
- sitzt der Kühler richtig drauf und ist Der auch fest??

Mein Tipp: bloß nicht vor dem Reinigen, damit könnte es wirklilch zu Schäden kommen, danach nur wenn nötig.

Jap also zum Vorgehen:

Als erstes den Kühler abnehmen und komplett reinigen (am besten mit speziellen Mitteln wie z.B. Arctic Clean die alte Wärmeleitpaste entfernen und die Auflagefläche zur CPU vorbereiten).
Dasselbe mit dem Prozessor machen, nur vorsichtiger, dass auch wirklich nur die Fläche zum Kühlkörper in Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten kommt.
Den Lüfter entstauben oder sogar austauschen, wenn er wirklich das Problem sein sollte.
Danach das ganze wieder ordentlich zusammenbauen mit frischer (und guter) Wärmeleitpaste.
Optional auch mal ein Auge auf Gehäuselüfter werfen, ob die noch laufen.

Nun kommt der Test, ob allein die (hoffentlich) niedrigeren Temperatur einen Erfolg erzielt haben und das System stabil läuft.
Erst wenn jetzt noch Fehler entstehen, kann man versuchen die Voltage zu erhöhen oder den Multiplikator bei gleicher Voltage zu verringern, um ein positives Ergebnis zu erzielen.

Ich muss gestehen, dass ich die Wärmeleitpaste schon entfernt habe(mit Kreditkarte abgekratzt), da diese alt und schlecht aufgetragen war (noch vom Kühler selbst). Die Temperaturen befanden sich davor in einem ähnlichen Bereich. Hab leider keine Wärmeleitpaste zur Hand ist aber schon bestellt. Die Bodenplatte des Kühler hab ich plangeschliffen. Was haltet ihr vom Schleifen der CPU Heatspreader?

Was mich wundert ist, beide CPUs (X2 6000+ 65nm und X2 3800+) haben den TDP von 89W. Doch der X2 6000+ wird 40°C+ wärmer ?

Hier ein Screen nach ca. 5 Stunden Prime95 In-large mit dem X2 3800+.

Ich würde die Spannung solange nicht erhöhen solange die Temps so dermaßen hoch sind. Lieber Mulit oder FSB runter setzen.

Ja, die Temperaturen sind nun um einiges besser (Max. Temp: ca.65°) und Prime95 kann ich nun auch ohne Fehlermeldungen ausführen. Nur mit CoreDamge bekomme ich den CPU auf 75+°C.
