iPhone einschicken - sofort tausch?

Hallo,

da mein 4s in letzter Zeit ein paar Probleme hat, würde ich es gerne umtauschen lassen bei Apple (oder reparieren).
Ich habe von der Möglichkeit gehört, das wenn ich da anrufe und sage ich bräuchte sofort ein neues, dass die dem Postboten ein neues mitgeben und ich mein "defektes" ihm. Außerdem müsste ich 30€ bezahlen.

Stimmt das oder wurde ich da auf gutdeutsch verarscht?

Nein,das stimmt so nicht!

Einen Vorort tausch bekommst du nur wenn du den Apple care Protection plan gekauft und eine Kreditkarte hast!

Denn da werden wenn mich nicht alles täuscht 500€ eingefroren,damit geht Apple auf nummer sicher das dieses handy auch ein garantiefall ist.

Wenn es keiner ist,dann sind die 500 Latten weg und du darfst da Handy behalten...

Ich hab kein Apple Care Protection Plan und ich konnte es auch machen!
Man zahlt 29€. Beim Apple Care Protection Plan ist es kostenlos.

Erst informieren bevor man falsches verbreitet!
Mit der Kreditkarte hast du jedoch recht!
