steckt nicht richtig im sockel ?...pin (s) verbogen... cpu strom nicht angeschlossen..oder cpu kaputt...kann sehr viele ursachen haben....monitor auch an der graka angeschlossen und nicht am board ?

Da würde ich mal ein zu altes Bios vermuten, welches nicht mit Ryzen 3xxx funktioniert

Du hast diese Kabel:

20 + 4 muss natürlich auf den langen ATX_PWR gesteckt werden. Der 4 + 4 kommt in CPU_PWR1, den anderen brauchst du nicht.

Kommst du ins BIOS? Du musst natürlich das BIOS updaten, sonst bootet da nix. dafür hat das Mainboard eine BIOS Flash Funktion, check mal dein Handbuch, steht auf Seite 29:

edit..bitte den 8 pin anschliessen...."nicht" den 4er ?

habe nur 2 4pin an meinem netzteil die in den cpu slot passen

ich komme nicht ins BIOS, mein Monitor bekommt kein Signal (kabel etc alles überprüft). Wie kann ich das BIOS updaten ohne reinzukommen?

ich komme nicht ins bios rein, deswegen kann ich das was im Handbuch steht nicht umsetzten.

Updating BIOS with Flash BIOS Button
Before updating: Please download the latest BIOS file that matches your motherboard model from MSI® website and rename the BIOS file to MSI.ROM.
And then, save the MSI.ROM file to the root of USB flash drive.

Important: Only the FAT32 format USB flash drive supports updating BIOS by Flash BIOS Button.

1. Connect power supply to CPU_PWR1 and ATX_PWR1. (No other components are necessary but power supply.) 2. Plug the USB flash drive that contains the MSI.ROM file into the Flash BIOS port on rear I/O panel.
3. Press the Flash BIOS Button to flash BIOS, and the LED next to the button starts flashing.
4. After the flashing BIOS process is 100% completed, the LED would be off simultaneously.
