Opteron macht Probs

Seit dem ich einen anderen Opteron 146 drinne hab, bekomme ich ab und zu mal Systemfehler:

MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

Liegt das an der CPU? War übertaktet, tritt aber auch bei Standarttakt auf!

Hat jemand ne Idee, woran es liegt?

CPU-Temp: 32°C, also auch nicht zu heiß, lief mal 5 Minuten mit 1,6V, länger aber nicht, war ja auch Prime-Stabil mit 2700 MHz @ 1,45V...

Also wenn es nicht an der CPU liegt, woran kann es dann liegen, evt. Festplatte?

Danke. Hab ich schon geschaut.
Nur eben war es wieder, der PC friert ein, mal beim Booten, mal erst in Windows. Dann hab ich ihn ausgemacht und wieder an (ca. 2 Minuten) und Stress-Prime meldet seit 10 Minuten keine Feher, nix, habe vorsichtshalber mal Chipsatzlüfter wieder angeknipst, aber daran wird s doch nicht liegen, oder? (der wird ohne Lüfter passiv gekühlt)!?

Hm,
resete mal dein Bios und spiel die neuste version rauf.
Scheint so als läge es am CPU. Laut der Beschreibung auf den Link.
Schau mal nach in der Win XP Ereignissprotokoll. Ob da was steht von fehlern.
Kontrollier mal die RAM einstellungen im Bios.

Hab ich ja schon alles gecheckt, Ram scheint ok zu sein. Mit nem anderen Opteron hatte ich diese Probs nie.
Aber der ist seit 30 min. aber auch Prime stabil, also sollte der dann nicht schon abgeschmiert sein?

Wo finde ich das XP-Ereignisprotokoll?
