Hallo zusammen,
mich würde mal interessieren wer von euch Zusatzfeatures der Intel Business Chipsätze tatsächlich nutzt.
Idealerweise schon anhand der aktuellen Q100 Serie, aber die Features waren ja auch bei den 9er und 8er Chipsätzen schon vorhanden. Schliessslich sind Business PCs mit Q150 oder Q170 gleich ne ordentliche Ecke teurer als B150 oder H110.

Zudem bin ich mir bei den meisten Features nicht mal 100% sicher was sie in der Praxis bringen.
Der B150 kommt mit Intel Small Business Advantage und Intel Small Business Basics:
SBA (Small Business Advantage)
A combination of hardware and software usage focused on security and productivity. It supports chat, file sharing, screen sharing, USB Blocker, Software Monitor, Backup, and Health Center.
SBB (Small Business Basics)
Delivers out of the box software value to Skylake platforms. It supports chat, file sharing, screen sharing, Business User and Management, and USB Blocker.
Was kann ich mir unter den fett markierten Features vorstellen?
Backup, klar Backup halt. Aber was kann das Intel SBA Backup was ein Windows backup nicht kann?
Health Center vermutlich ein Diagnosetool. Taugt das Ding was?
Business User and Management Keine Ahnung was das sein soll.
Dann nehmen wir den Q150 dazu. Dieser untersützt neben SBA und SBB auch Intel® Standard-Manageability und SIPP.
Stable Image Platform Program bringt wohl was wenn man mit images installiert. Sonst aber kein großer Vorteil, oder?
Standard-Manageability ist wohl ein abgespecktes AMT (s.u.). Bringt es in der Praxis was?
Beim Q170 kommt dann noch vPro dazu.
In vPro ist u.a. AMT enthalten. Was genau kann AMT im Vergleich z.B. zu Teamviewer?
