CS 2/CS:GO Stuttering und 90-120 FPS

Guten Tag,
Ich habe folgendes Problem.. vor ein paar Tagen konnte ich noch ohne Probleme CS spielen mit 300+ FPS. Mittlerweile gehen die FPS nicht mal mehr über 100. Valve wollte das Problem mittels eines Updates fixen was für viele auch geklappt hat aber bei mir nicht. Ich weiß nicht was ich machen soll und kann..

Setup:
MBO: ASUS ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming, Intel Z390, So. 1151 P21387
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K, 8x 3.6GHz, 16MB L3 Cache, So. 1151v2 P23041
GRA: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080, 8GB (Palit GameRock)

schon mit dem konsoln Befehl: fps_max 600 probiert?

FPS Max ist auf 400 aber änder sich trotzdem nix

Ich frage es ungern, aber auf der Arbeit ist es oft der Hit. Mal den computer neugestartet

ich hoffe nicht dass du das in die lunch options gepackt hast

wenn das verifizieren der spieldateien nichts bewirkt hilft ggf im nvidia control panel wenn aktiviert den ultra latency mode auszustellen oder das game mal komplett neuinstallieren. autoexec sichern wenn vorhanden ansonsten im verzeichnis unter "steam > userdata > acc number > 730" die game settings kopieren

In den Nvidia Einstellungen sowie im Spiel alles schon probiert ohne Erfolg.

auch schon des Öfteren gemacht sowie nach jedem registry Eintrag auch ohne Erfolg 😭

Das einzigste was ich in Launch options hab ist -novid
Alles schon probiert mit neuinstallieren und löschen des cfg Ordners im 730er Ordner
