DSL Ping Spikes

Hallo zusammen,
Ich hab in letzter Zeit das problem das mein Internet sehr merkwürde ping spikes hat.
Wenn ich z.b. ping 8.8.8.8 mache, habe ich immer genau den vierten ping einen lag spike von 100-400ms, ansonsten 6 ms.
Das kommt zu einem avg. von 14,6 ms aber einem median von nur 7ms, min sind 6 ms max sind 395 ms.
Die verbindung zu meinem router ist via Ethernet und das Kabel ist noch keinen monat alt, einwandfrei von außen und wurde nie geknickt, der Router ist auch noch kein halbes Jahr alt und ist der Homeserver + von 1&1.
Das Problem tritt mit meinem Laptop sowie meinem Tower pc auf, bei Ethernet als auch WiFi auf beiden Geräten.

Jetzt zum merkwürdigsten teil, das scheint alles nur zu passieren wenn mein TV läuft. (Hab das 1&1 HD tv für meine Eltern dabei die bei mir Wohnen), das ist das DSL 100 Paket nebenbei.

Lade mal WinMTR runter und Prüfe deine Routen.
Also "mtr 8.8.8.8"

Wenn ich WinMTR laufen lasse passiert gar nichts da, die pingspikes die ich konstant habe werden nicht aufgezeigt...
