Internetzugriff

Hi,
mit welchem Programm kann ich überwachen,
welche Programme auf meinem PC im Moment auf das Internet zugreifen?
Denn bei mir wir die Leitung die ganze Zeit für irgendwas genutzt obwohl ich
garnicht auf das Internet zugreife

Start => Ausführen => cmd
Da
netstat -b
eingeben. Die Einträge, wo beim Ziel nur "localhost:....." steht, kannst du ignorieren, das sind keine Verbindungen zu anderen PCs/ins Internet.

Aber wieso zeigt Windows mir in der Taskleiste immer einen Bildschirm andauernd blinkt
der blinkt doch sonst nur wenn man im Internet aktiv ist (p.s: ich hab wlan , nur zur Info )
