Ok i downloaded Metro Exodus - 30 fps. Can you teach me how to accept that framerate to be happy?

I ask because i had previously pc with 2080 Ti and 9900K,but sold because of financials problems.

The framerate on consoles is lower than on PC (depending on its specification) or limited to 30 FPS. This is a technical fact and there is nothing to do about it. Some games offer you to distinguish between quality and FPS. With Metro Exodus it is just the way it is.
