freezer 3 - 420 +grizzly kryonaut thermal compound on 5800x3d, -0,5V offset, -30 negative curve, and cinebench r23 heating it to +80°C with ambient temp around 23°C.
Idle giving me 35°C...

I think it depends on the CPU sample and airflow in the case.
Have a 5800X3D with -25 offset, a little Freezer 34 DUO, Arctic MX-5, in a very old big tower.

Idle with 22 ambient 29 C CPU
Heating with CB R23 not over 79 C with restrained 1350 RPM. (max 2050)
The little case fans turn around with 800 RPM.
Pretty quiet....
