Mein 3Mbit Internet ist so schnell wie 56k

Hallo,

habe seit ca. 2 Tagen folgendes Problem: Mein Internet ist wirklich saumäßig langsam. Sowohl Browser, als auch Downloads alles. Aber es liegt nicht selbst am Anschluss (ADSL Modem plus Linksys Router) sondern an meinem PC. Denn auf meinem Laptop ist nach wie vor schnelles Internet. Was ist da los? Browser hab ich schon neu installiert. Das ging ganz plötzlich...habe ja nichts verstellt die letzten Tage. BITTE HELFT MIR!

1.Folgendes ergab mein Speedtest:

Download-Geschwindigkeit: [-]
1.397 kbit/s (175 kByte/s)
Upload-Geschwindigkeit: [+]
304 kbit/s (38 kByte/s)

2. Speedguide:

TCP options string = 0204058c01010402
MTU = 1460
MTU is not fully optimized for broadband. Consider increasing your MTU to 1500 for better throughput. If you are using a router, it could be limiting your MTU regardless of Registry settings.
MSS = 1420
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1420, which equals MSS.
Default TCP Receive Window (RWIN) = 65535
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled TCP Receive Window = 65535

Note: TCP 1323 Options need to be enabled for RWIN over 2^16 (65535). Windows 9x might also need the MS Vtcp386 fix.
For optimum performance, consider changing RWIN to a multiple of MSS.
Other RWIN values that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
522560 (MSS x 46 * scale factor of 8)
261280 (MSS x 46 * scale factor of 4)
130640 (MSS x 46 * scale factor of 2)
65320 (MSS x 46)
bandwidth * delay product (Note this is not a speed test):

Your TCP Window limits you to: 2621 kbps (328 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your TCP Window limits you to: 1049 kbps (131 KBytes/s) @ 500ms
MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON
Time to live left = 109 hops
TTL value is ok.
Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF
Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON
IP type of service field (RFC1349) = 00000000 (0)

Was hast du denn für einen Ethernet Adapter bzw. was für ein Board?

Hast du die neueste Firmware auf dem Router? Verwendest du DHCP oder wurde die IP manuell zugewiesen?

Habe ich downgeloaded, kenn mich aber überhaupt nicht aus.

Verwende ein Gigabyte P35-DS4 Board. Firmware sollte neu sein und läuft mittels DHCP.

Ist doch eigentlich in der Doku beschrieben:

"- Choose your maximum Connection Speed from the slider bar (the maximum available bandwidth, in kilobits per second)
- Choose your Network Interface, or check to Modify All Network Adapters
- Pick "Optimal settings" from the radio-buttons near the bottom of the program
- Click on the "Apply changes" button and reboot"

Den neuesten Ethernet Treiber gibt's hier:

Bei welchen Provider bist Du? Ich Frage, wegen deiner MTU.

Ausserdem für DSL 3000 ist deine RWIN zu gross
