welche Dateien waren nicht zu reparieren?

standardmäßig öffnet Windows die CMD (mit Adminrechten) in C:\Windows\system32, du musst also erst über die CD Befehle zum Desktop wechseln.

Theoretisch handelt es sich nur um ein Upgrade - auf die aktuelle Version. Das heißt, alle Dateien und Einstellungen bleiben vorhanden, im schlimmsten Fall müssen Programme neuinstalliert werden.
Wenn du dir aber um deine Daten Sorgen machst, warum hast du sie nicht längst gesichert? Es muss kein Fullbackup sein, aber wenigstens die allerwichtigsten Daten sollten doch zumindest möglichst mehrfach auf CDs/DVDs, USB-Sticks, externen Festplatten, im NAS oder in der Cloud gesichert sein.
