XFCE boot splash screen change

Hallo,

Ich möchte unter Xfce (Ubuntu 12.04) das splash screen ändern und unter /usr/lib/xfce4/splash/engines sollen die splash screen sein, aber ich komme nur bis /usr/lib/xfce4/ und ab da sind nur notifyd, panel-plugins, xfconfig.

Bin ich vieleicht im falschen pfard ?

Unter Version 12.04 und höher liegen die splash screen unter /lib/plymouth/themes

1 - open Thunar (your file manager) as administrator;
Open a terminal screen
There type "sudo thunar" (and press enter)
2 - With the Thunar as root 'as root' now open,
Navigate to /lib/plymouth/themes
Select and cut the two files default.playmouth and text.playmounth
Paste them somewhere in a backup directory, e.g. /lib/plymouth/themes/backup

und danach sudo update-initramfs -u
