Winodws 10 booted nur noch nach Kaltstart die 2.

Guten Tag zusammen,

ich verfasse diesen Beitrag als Fortsetzung von diesem Thread, welcher schon etwas Älter ist.

Nach einem Upgrade auf Windows 10 ist es mir nun auch gelungen 1709 zu installieren, da diese durch besagtes upgrade direkt mitinstalliert wurde. Beim letzten Versuch lies es sich überhaupt nicht installieren.

Nun das nächste Problem, fahre ich Winodws 10 herunter oder lasse neustarten, stürzt der Rechner beim Boot-Vorgang ab.

Es passiert ungefähr an der Stelle, an der Windows Tastatur und Maustreiber lädt.

Bei einem regulären Start (wenn nichts abstürzt), flackern kurz dies LEDs der Tastatur (sind an, gehen kurz aus, gehen wieder an - kurz danach bin ich im Log-In Screen).

Bei einem verbockten Start (wenn es abstüzrt), gehen die LEDs aus, bleiben dann aus und die kleinen lustigen weißen Punkte welchen sich im Kreis drehen, hören auf sich zu bewegen, dann passiert gar nichts mehr.

Der PC muss vom Strom getrennt gewesen sein, damit er normal startet. (Schalter am Netzteil oder Stecker ziehen).

Dies führt mich zu der Vermutung, dass Win 10 irgendwelche lustigen Sachen in den RAM schreibt, welche dort auch nach dem Herunterfahren verbleiben, so dass der Neustart beeinträchtigt wird, solang der PC am Strom hängt. - Unter Windows 7 gab es dieses Prolbem nicht.

Möglicherweise kommt Ihr PC nicht mit dem sogenannten Schnellstartmodus klar. In der Werkseinstellung wird Windows 10 beim Herunterfahren technisch betrachtet nicht wirklich heruntergefahren, sondern nur der Benutzer abgemeldet und Windows danach in den Ruhezustand geschickt. Manchen Treibern für ältere Hardware schmeckt das nicht – sie stürzen bei der Rückkehr aus dem Ruhezustand ab.

Um das Problem zu umschiffen, schalten Sie den Schnellstartmodus ab. Drücken Sie die Windows-Taste + X und klicken Sie auf „Energieoptionen“. Klicken Sie links auf „Auswählen, was beim Drücken von Netzschaltern geschehen soll“ und dann im nächsten Dialog auf „Einige Einstellungen sind momentan nicht verfügbar“. Nehmen Sie das Häkchen bei „Schnellstart aktivieren (empfohlen)“ weg und bestätigen Sie mit „Änderungen speichern“. Nun sollte Windows 10 gleich beim ersten Boot-Versuch erfolgreich starten. Quelle

Hierbei waren bei mir die entsprechenden Felder zunächst ausgegraut.

Nun ist der Schnellstart deaktiviert und das Verhalten hat sich NICHT verändert. - Win 10 scheint also nach wie vor irgendeinen Rotz im RAM zu hinterlassen, welcher einen vernünftigen Neustart (ohne Trennung vom Stromnetz) unmöglich macht (zumindest bei mir).

Hat jemand eine Idee, was man noch machen könnte, um dieses Verhalten zu unterbinden?

...Cleanistall hatte ich schon versucht, macht noch mehr Probleme, siehe von mir verlinkter Thread. - Dort hatte ich dann mit lustigen Abstürzen einfach so zwischendurch zu kämpfen und die Installation brauchte gefühlte 10 Anläufe, bis sie mal durchlief und sich das System (mit den erwähnten Macken) starten lies.

Das Uprade lief bei mir runder und bis 1709 vollkommen ohne Probleme.

Hast du den RAM mal getestet? Wenn eine Clean-Install schon nicht reibungslos läuft, dann ist entweder mit der Hardware was nicht in Ordnung, oder diese ist nicht Win10 kompatibel

Ja wieso lief es dann bis 1709 rund? - Wenn es inkompatibel zu 10 wäre, hatte sich das Upgrade beim release von 10 schon nicht durchführen lassen dürfen oder?

Wäre der RAM kaputt, wurde das Trennen vom Strom das Problem nicht lösen, da hierdurch der RAM ja wohl nicht repariert wird.

RAM-Fehler sind so gut wie nie Totalausfälle, sondern immer nur teilweise oder schleichende Defekte. Dei ECC kann da nur 1-Bit-Fehler reparieren.
Also, hast du den RAM nun getestet oder nicht?

Schnellstart ist deaktiviert?

Der Schnellstart ist deaktiviert und Memtest lief gerade 2,5 Stunden lang. - Ergebnis: 0 Fehler - Falls du meinst, dass es sinnstiftend ist, kann ich es auch gerne mal eine Nacht lang durchlaufen lassen.

Es scheint noch etwas anderes zu sein, um das Problem weiter einzugrenzen:

Ich habe einen USB-Stick erstellt, von dem memtest aus ausgeführt wird.

1. Nach erstellen des Sticks -> Neustart (PC war die ganze Zeit am Strom)

2. Memtest mit Escape beendet -> Neustart (PC war die ganze Zeit am Strom)

3. Windows hängt sich wieder beim Start auf (soweit ich das sehe, sollte Memtest doch alles, was ggf. noch im RAM war überschreiben oder nicht?).

4. PC am 2-Phasenschalter ausgeschaltet (PC war somit vom Stromnetz getrennt).

5. PC am 2-Phaenschalter wieder eingeschaltet -> PC fährt ohne Probleme hoch.

Meine Schlussfolgerung: Der RAM ist es evtl doch nicht - oder?

Vermutung:

Kann Windows an irgendwas erkennen, ob der PC vom Strom getrennt war oder nicht und ausgehend von dieser Information den Boot-Vorgang anders gestalten?

ODER

Gibt es eine Variable im BIOS, welche hierüber Auskunft gibt und den Bootvorgang nachfolgend beeinflusst?

Ein richtiger Memtest (mittels Memtest86) oder einer mit einem Windows-Tool (sinnlos).
Auch zählt nicht die Zeitdauer, weil das je nach Speicher sehr unterschiedlich lange dauern kann. 5 Pass in memtest86 sollten es schon sein um ein aussagekräftiges Ergebnis zu bekommen.

Also wenn eine Windows Neuinstallation schon nicht mehr möglich ist ohne schwerwiegende Fehler, wirst du keine Ruhe mehr haben bist du die defekte Hardware identifiziert hast.
Evtl. eine deiner vielen SSDs u. Festplatten (Raid).

Ergänzung ich werte gerade die ntbtlog.txt aus:

sollen wir jetzt die ganzen Zeilen vergleichen oder hast du was festgestellt?
lesen kannst du doch auch und mir fällt erstmal nur im erfolgreichen Post auf, dass AVG gestartet ist.

und im Nichterfolgreichen Post anscheinen ja nicht.

Das man bei Windows 10 am Besten nur den Defender nutzen sollte, erst recht wenn man irgendwelche merkwürdigen Probleme hat, sollte sich doch rumgesprochen haben.
AVG Deinstallations-Tool nutzen denn eine normale Deinstallation nütz nichts.

Antivir ist runter ... verhalten hat sich nicht geändert.

Meine Idee mit den Logs war es, die treiber zu deinstallieren, bei denen er abbricht, in dem Fall Corsair (letzter Eintrag beim Fehlgeschlagenen Boot) oder den Reneas USB 3.0, erster weitere Eintrag beim erfolgreichen boot.

Habe ich beide deinstalliert. Verhalten besteht nach wie vor.

Ich weigere mich an einen Hardwaredefekt zu glauben, wenn es unter 7 nie Probleme gab und bei 10 bis zur 1709 ebenfalls nicht.

@Nickel: Selbst wenn in einem RAID 60 eine komplette Platte ausfallen sollte oder auch 2, wäre das kein Problem, deswegen RAID 60. Der LSI zeigt mir keine Probleme an und der sollte sie wohl zu allererst erkennen.

Ich installiere ein Update - Dann geht irgendwas nicht mehr, was liegt dann näher, dass am Update was nicht stimmt oder an der Hardware?

Finde es raus, mach das Update Rückgängig, installiere die 1703 oder Windows 7... .
So kommst du nicht weiter und du schriebst ja dass du Schwierigkeiten hattest Windows clean zu installieren.
Hardware kann kaputt gehen und dies passiert meist nicht schleichend.

Raid hat hier ja nun eh so gut wie keiner.
Bei uns ist im Bios auch AHCI eingestellt und nicht Raid.
Wer weiß was Raid für Probleme macht oder wo überhaupt die Bootpartition ist bei dir.
Uefi oder Legacy MBR installation?
Denn na klar kann Windows auch beim starten ein Problem haben wenn immer erst die Bootdateien gesucht werden müssen die eventuell noch auf anderen aktiven Platten liegen.

Ändert aber alles nichts.
Wenn man irgendeine Windows oder Windows 10 Version nicht clean installieren kann, dann ist was mit der Hardware nicht Ok.
Es sei denn man installiert Windows eh nicht richtig clean und macht da schon was falsch.

was liegt dann näher, dass am Update was nicht stimmt oder an der Hardware?

wenn man 1709 clean installiert oder in 14 Tagen halt 1803 clean installiert kann kein Updade oder Upgrade was verändern.
Wir reden davon, dass du angeblich 1709 nicht clean installieren kannst, da greift kein Windows update.
Windows ist doch gar nicht drauf.

Screen von der Datenträgerverwaltung würde ich gerne mal sehen.

Nun Win 7 lies sich ohne weiteres clean installieren.

Upgrade auf Win 10 ging.

Ab 1709 ging es nicht mehr ohne Probleme. Weder Upgrade noch Clean, daher meiner Vermutung 1709

das ist eine MBR Installation und noch nie richtig clean installiert worden seit Windows 7
Windows 10 hat einen 500 bis 549MB Partition Systemreserviert für die Bootdateien am Anfang der Platte und dann C:
Du hast da immer noch die alte 100MB Win7 Partition die von Windows 10 mitverwendet wird und normal zu klein ist.
Eine 450Mb oder 850MB Wiederherstellungspartition wird später mal nach einem Upgarde auf eine neue Windows 10 version hinter C: von Windows update eingefügt.
Ob das mit der kleinen Systemreservierten Partition was mit deinem Problem zu tun hat?
Ob du überhaupt uefi Bios hast?

oder das ganze Problem liegt am Raid dazu kann, wie schon gesagt, hier kaum einer was sagen.

Ich würde neu clean installieren und na klar auch immer im uefi Modus wenn ich das hätte.
Bei Uefi hat man eine 450MB Wiederherstellungs Partition am Anfang dann die 100MB Uefi Fat 32 Partition und dann C:

Booten vom Installationsmedium!
Alles an Paritionen löschen im Windows Setup und nicht selbst formatiern.
Windows einfach in den ganzen Nichtzugewiesenen Platz installieren.

Das muss funktionieren, da ist nichts auf der Platte, keine alte Bootpartition keine Wiederherstellung und auch kein Windows update.

Natürlich ist sie nicht clean installiert worden. Ich hatte einmal clean installiert, dabei ging aber auch etwas nicht, habe dann wieder win 7 installiert und dann wieder geupgraded.

Ok, meinetwegen, wenn jetzt nicht, dann gibt es halt beim nächsten oder Übernächsten Upgrade wieder Probleme mit der 100 MB Win7 Partition.
Richtig clean muss funktioniern wenn die Hardware OK ist und kompatiebel.

Im Augenblick kannst du höchsten Fast boot im Bios und noch den Schnellstart in Windows abstellen und schauen ob das was bringt.

Winodws 10 booted nur noch nach Kaltstart die 2.
